Dekmantel
A label the Ninja keeps in rotation, and the artists on it.
111 records in rotation · 561 plays on air
Dekmantel's catalogue spans a sleek electronic continuum, threading Italo-disco, house and ambient into tougher techno and deep techno territories. With Palms Trax and DJ Python bringing loose, melodic heat while Marcel Dettmann, Steffi and Virginia steer towards sleek, dancefloor-focused structures, the label refuses a single lane. Polygonia's inclusion signals an ear for emergent, textural voices amid established names.
Across 111 tracks in rotation, the 8.4 average reflects a consistently high bar: Dekmantel sits as a trusted cornerstone of the underground, equally comfortable with sunrise downtempo and peak-time precision. It is a label that curates breadth without sacrificing coherence, mapping the many chambers of contemporary electronic music through artists the Ninja actually spins.
