Fields Of Mist

Across eight cuts, the project moves between driving techno, submerged dub techno and vast ambient with a steady 8.4-rated confidence. The sound favours cavernous space, muted percussive thud and synthetic fog that rarely breaks formation, threading Ilian Tape's taste for physical, immersive electronics.

There is no separation between club utility and introspective haze; the tracks function as both rhythmic tools and atmospheric sinkholes. In the underground, this positions Fields Of Mist at a precise intersection where dub techno’s warmth meets ambient’s suspension and techno’s forward thrust, all filtered through the label’s exacting, bass-heavy lens.
