The sound roams across ambient, techno, drum n bass, electro, dubstep and grime, keeping sixty tracks in heavy rotation without ever feeling scattered. An average Ninja score of 8.5 suggests a consistency that binds these styles together, whether the mood is submerged and atmospheric or sharply percussive.
Releases on Ilian Tape, fabric Records, RFR Records, Kudatah, Obligated Records Ltd and FJAAK place this firmly in the forward-thinking electronic underground. It is music that refuses a single lane, instead mapping a broad, bass-heavy terrain that sits between the club and deeper listening.
