At 140 BPM but with energy barely cresting two, this is skeletal music that treats tempo as a hidden framework rather than a command. To my ears, the Ilian Tape pedigree manifests in a granular, weightless texture where every detail feels precision-tooled, yet the overall effect is diffuse, as though the air in the room is being slowly replaced by something colder and more rarefied.

I keep it as a liminal weapon for the booth, best deployed when the floor needs to breathe without fully collapsing. Rather than driving bodies, it suspends them, hanging in that precarious space between comedown and re-ignition. When I slot it into a set, it functions like a tuning fork—calibrating the room’s attention through restraint, not force.
