I lock into the one-forty pulse immediately, but Hauff’s sound design keeps the pressure raw rather than polished, threading hooky, indie-tinged synth lines through a framework that feels more basement than arena. There is a sharpness in the key that cuts against the grit, lending the track an urgent levity—as if pop logic is being dragged through a smoke-filled room and enjoying every second.

In my sets, this lands where synth-pop melody and electronic weight meet: late enough that the floor is hungry, early enough that an energy level of nine still leaves headroom to climb. I keep it in rotation because it refuses to fully crossover, keeping one foot in the underground while its earworm tendencies do the real damage.
