I keep returning to how this moves at one-fifteen BPM in the minor key: too restless to be ambient, yet too heavy for the main room. With the energy at a muted four, the propulsion comes not from momentum but from texture—dub-electronica rhythms that feel half-submerged in murk and low-end pressure. Every element seems to decay before it lands, creating a humid, pressurised atmosphere that thickens the air rather than clearing it.

For my money, this belongs in the deeper pockets of a set, where the floor surrenders to a collective sway rather than a stomp. The hypnotic pull of that 4A tonality drags the room into a slower breath, perfectly suited to the small hours when Modern Love’s late-night pedigree demands patience over velocity. I would drop it only when the crowd is ready to sink, not surge.
