I would only reach for this when the room is nearly empty. At sixty-five BPM, it moves like smoke through a sealed room—viscous, deliberate, and almost too slow to track. Hertz and Wehbba drain every ounce of club urgency from the frame, leaving behind a near-static canvas of low-end artefacts and after-hours hum that feels closer to ambient dread than anything I would dare drop before the bleary end of the night.

With energy barely registering, it finds its place at the bitter end of my set, when the rig is still warm but the crowd has thinned to shadows. The texture work is skilful enough to hold my attention, and its key keeps the drones sitting low in the chest, yet the absence of melodic progression means it functions best as a palette-cleanser or an eerie segue rather than a destination in itself.
