The Ninja · 7.9/10

At one hundred and eighteen BPM, this hits with the force of something far faster, its energy pegged at ten yet never sacrificing groove for aggression. The experimental slant is immediate: textures feel sticky and warped, as if the whole thing were bubbling on a low heat, while the key 7A centre gives it a shadowy, magnetic pull that keeps the room locked in. It is indie dance refracted through a leftfield lens, all sharp edges and rubbery bounce.

In a set, this is the transitional weapon—functional enough for peak-time floors but weird enough to remind everyone why Kalahari Oyster Cult matters. I would drop it when the crowd needs tension without trance, letting that relentless ten-out-of-ten drive push the room into stranger territory without ever breaking stride.
