The Ninja on this record
I hear the rhythm lock into a rigid electro grid at a steady 120 BPM, its lean percussion leaving ample room for melodic details to drift overhead. The energy registers high, yet the track favours hypnotic accumulation over blunt force, wrapping the room in a minor-key haze that owes as much to the 11A tonality as it does to its atmospheric programming.
I’d place this where the crowd is alert but not expecting obvious peaks: a mid-hour pivot that sustains tension through texture rather than drops. It trades club clichés for a more cerebral, leftfield pulse that keeps bodies moving without ever reaching for the obvious.
