Pajam

When I play this at 125, the groove unspools in F# minor with a patience that belies the energy 9 rating. The drums are crisp but not domineering, leaving space for melodic lines to curl around the low-end rather than fight it. There is a tailored restraint here; the track breathes through its filters, building a room that feels intimate even when my floor is dense.

I use it as a bridging record, ideal for lifting the temperature without surrendering to peak-time hysterics. The architecture carries the weight—every synth pad and bass swell placed with the care I expect from a cut that knows momentum is earned, not manufactured. At energy 9, it runs hot, but the control never slips, making it a reliable pivot between deeper beds and tougher prog.
