I would drop this at 128 BPM on a sun-drenched terrace without hesitation. Sera De Villalta’s vocal rides the grid with an effortless, hook-first immediacy that fully justifies the near-maximum energy rating; there is no tentative intro, only a relentless forward surge that demands hands-up participation from the first bar. The Latin percussion and the track’s 6A key centre give it a bittersweet poolside fervour that never quite resolves before the drop.

In my sets, it operates as a crossover bridge: too punchy for the warm-up, too outwardly joyous for the after-hours basement, yet perfectly weighted for that mid-afternoon slot when a crowd needs a singalong without sacrificing kick-drum heft. NUSONIDO has packaged pure serotonin into four-on-the-floor form. I find it functional, yes, but undeniably effective at what it sets out to do.
