At 71 BPM in C major, this record crawls like a comedown that refuses to apologise, yet its energy level of 9 means every bar still lands with a bruising, deliberate thud. I originally pitched it as leftfield electro at 141 BPM, but the halved tempo and psychedelic rock framing reveal something far more narcotic: distinctive, hook-laden sound design blurred through a lens of slow-motion aggression that feels heavier than most club-weight pounders.
It will not function as a conventional floor-filler, but that is precisely its strength in a set. I would drop it when the room needs disorientation rather than comfort—an off-kilter interlude that drags AD 93's club credibility into a dimly lit, half-speed haze and proves that experimental music can still bare its teeth without ever rushing the beat.
