It opens like a broken music box spinning at 207 BPM, all G minor melancholy and corroded tape hiss. This is ambient music with a racing pulse, the kind of record that fills a room with static electricity rather than kick drums. The familiar haze is present, but sharpened to a needlepoint; every warped melody feels backlit by an energy level that borders on anxious, as though the night itself is twitching.

In a set, I’d let this breathe between slower passages, using its relentless tempo as a tension bridge rather than a peak. There is no danceability to speak of, yet the track moves, spiralling in place like a ceiling fan in a fever dream. It is pure late-night atmosphere, best served when the crowd is too tired to move but too wired to leave.
