The Ninja on this record
At 122 BPM in the bright lock of F# Major, Matty Wright steers progressive breaks into leftfield territory where the pulse is urgent yet unhurried. The rhythm snaps with the energy of a nine-out-of-ten charge, but the breaks are spaced wide, letting the mood breathe through the gaps rather than crowding the floor.
It is a track built for the after-hours pocket when the room is thinning but minds are sharpening; the high energy keeps bodies moving while the tasteful, moody textures reward those still listening. In a set, it bridges peak-time momentum and winding-down introspection without sacrificing either.
