I hear every snare land like a dry spark against the 9A minor-key gloom, channelling that level-nine energy into taut, after-hours momentum rather than peak-time bluster. It is hooky in the way a good dub plate is: the barbs are there, but buried deep in the sound design.

I would drop this to bridge the warm-up and the wired hours, letting its distinctive leftfield textures carve out space in a room without clearing it. The low end rumbles with intent, leaving enough air for the percussion to skitter and breathe, and that balance makes it far more versatile than its high energy rating suggests.
