I keep coming back to the way the breaks snap and reform around a rigid 130-BPM chassis, each fractured hit landing with the focussed intensity that an energy level of eight demands. Kassian keeps the low end taut and the mids gritty, letting the 7A key's minor tension seep through the grid without softening the impact; to me, it is techno at its core, but those broken-beat syncopations keep the groove off-balance and alive.

In my sets, this slots neatly after warm-up fodder and before peak-time punishment, building pressure through repetition rather than shock. I find it functional enough for the floor yet weird enough for the heads, exactly the kind of credible, pedigree-rich cut that justifies K7's continued relevance in my crates.
