The Ninja on this record
I’d roll this out at 125 BPM on a precision-tooled Italo chassis, all chrome arpeggios and rubberised basslines locked in the brightness of C Major. The energy sits at a confident seven—propulsive enough to command my floor, yet restrained enough to let the melody breathe, generating a sleek momentum that feels expensive without tipping into excess.
I’d slot this in as a mid-set bridge burner rather than a peak-time bludgeon, ideal for moments when the room needs uplift without chaos. Running Back’s club nous is audible in the disciplined arrangement: every hook lands with intent, and the harmonic openness of 8B leaves ample space for my next record to slip in seamlessly as the floor holds steady.
